This made some large burgers! I skipped the pineapple, but the glaze was sweet and sticky, which was enough for me.
I cooked them in the oven for 20 minutes at 210C and they stayed juicy.
A tip for if you don't have breadcrumbs. Toast two bits of bread and throw it in the food processor. Tada🎉
