This had a lot of great flavor! I used unsalted butter to account for the salt in Cajun seasoning and added some sausage I had left in the fridge. It was amazing and I’d definitely make this again! I seasoned my chicken with garlic salt, paprika, onion powder and some steak seasoning and it complimented the rest of the flavors nicely.
