This was delicious! I think I broke the tofu and fish down a little bit too much, so it looked a little mushy, and I boiled it a tad too long so should have probably topped up the water to make up for it, but, regardless, it tasted amazing!
I personally will add a couple more spring onions than one next time, just because I really loved the flavour it added.
Definitely a meal that you can mix and match what meat you put in, I might try beef next time. I had it with a side of courgette pancakes and a soy dipping sauce, but it would definitely be nice just on its own as well or with different sides.
