I cut the brown sugar by half, but it could have used a little more sweetness to combat the saltiness of the soy sauce, so I will try 1/3 cup next time. I also added 1/2 Tbsp of Sriracha for a little heat, but you couldn't tell it was there, so will try 1 Tbsp next time. I also didn't want to eat large chucks of green onion, so instead of cutting them into 1 inch pieces, I cut them up much smaller. Very good recipe. It just needs a few small changes.
