Note: I only made the chicken and sauce in my instant pot and wow!!! My whole family loved this! I used chicken thighs and subbed in chicken broth instead of beer. This was delicious as a taco base with shredded romaine, tomatoes, onions, hot sauce, etc. This is a definite go-to for us!
