Edit to say: I did take Carolyn's advice and added more water this time. I still burnt it a little but it for sure was an improvement from the first time I made it, so I shall continue to improve next time. Learn from your mistakes, hahah. Even though I had the heat on the lowest setting the zucchini did not turn into any type of cream, it turned to burnt mush. But I will attempt this again in the future to see if I can improve next time.

Oh no! I definitely recommend adding splashes of water and stirring every 10 minutes or so. Hopefully that helps!
