Good, but a little bland. Could be because I didn’t have any wine (subbed chicken broth). I ended up adding red pepper flakes, TJ’s mushroom seasoning blend, salt/pepper, touch of toasted sesame oil cuz I had it, and lemon. This I think really improves the flavor for me but it’s all subjective! Next time, I might add some wilted greens like kale or spinach or even mix in some peas. Also, I didn’t measure the water for the cashew cream (just sorta eyeballed) and worked out well!
Edit: made it again with 1/2 the cashew cream recipe, which was plenty. Added a bit more miso and the above seasonings to the sauce. Kale as well. Turned out great! The pic is from attempt 2
