I've made it and I agree that it can be tricky if you don't have a lot of cooking experience. On the other hand, there isn't a lot that you can do to mess it up. I really love the Instagram post about this soup and I liked the soup but my wife didn't. She preferred the Ottolengy lentil soup I made the night before. 4/5
