This recepie was extremely bland, and just totally tasted of the evap milk. If I were to ever make it again, I would use a better beef, mince the mushrooms and onions fine, add sooooo many seasonings and sub whole milk or heavy cream instead of the evap milk and almost half the amount. Then half the sour cream. And cook longer or add cornstarch to make it thicken without overcooking the noodles too much. Idk, I couldn't finish a one cup portion, at least it was cheap.
