The flavor is so phenomenal, one of my go-to recipes. I can't get specific lentils so I just bought a bag of I guess brown lentils. I then add another cup of broth and cook in the instant pot for probably 20 mins on high til the lentils are mushy. Not a difficult recipe at all either
