this was very good! used bit of lite coconut milk, as i had no yogurt, different measurements for a single serving. 2 tbsp of chia seeds, 3/4 of a mushy banana, and then just measured with my heart everything else (did not add the crumble but did break up some pecans to add in). used a handmixer to blend the milk so i could keep so chunks of banana as a bonus treat in the pudding). very good flavors. going in the rotation, easy overnight for a snack or dessert or breakfast next day
