This recipe was hard for me to follow but the sauce turned out good so i will make it again. The tahini made it so dont leave it out. I think i will cook the tofu separately and toss with greens and sauce at the end. The tofu didnt crisp up but i think it would if i broiled it in the oven. This would also be good with chicken thighs instead of tofu. I omitted the kale. A head of broccoli and a head of bok choy was enough greens.
