Made this twice now and added it to my family’s rotation!
Given the reviews, I only use 1 cup of dressing, 2 cups of broth and 2 cups of milk. Next time I will probably do 3/4 cup of the dressing to make a little less tangy.
I also cube and cook ~1 lb of chicken breast with s&p, chili flakes, garlic and onion powder instead of rotisserie chicken.
Usually add extra broccoli too!
Leftovers are pretty good, I just add a little bit of milk when reheating.
