I cannot bake or cook for absolutely anything so the fact that this recipe was so easy for me and it came out successful was amazing! They were very light and fluffy and not dry what so ever. I will say though that I used olive oil as that was all I had and definitely add the extra chips on top before you throw them in the oven it’s a big difference appearance wise! That way they don’t look like plain muffins lol
