Yum! I was worried about the peanut butter flavor, as it smelled strongly of peanut butter after I added it, but it really gets cut by the lime juice (I used half a lime). I ate it with rice and paratha. Chopping took a while so that was about a half hour for me personally. Then it took about 20 minutes to cook. It was a pretty simple recipe once prepped.
