550 g (3-4) chicken breasts, cut in half
Half a package fat free cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup salsa
1/4 packet of fajita seasoning
300 g (2 large) bell peppers, sliced into strips
54 g shredded cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease a 8x8 pan
Place chicken in the pan
In a bowl mix together the cream cheese, salsa and fajita seasoing.
Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken and then top with your sliced peppers and shredded cheese.
Bake uncovered in the center rack for 20-45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked
