Good flavor. Used about 1 Tbsp sriracha instead of sambal oelek, and juice + zest of 1 large lime. Sauce needed to be thinned quite a bit to mix well with noodles, and it dries out weirdly becaues of the PB2 when heated, so don't overheat (or eat it cold). I cooked the chicken separately in an Instant Pot from frozen with 1 cup water and a bit of soy sauce and black pepper.
