Instructions
Step 1
Cook soba noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse in cold water.
Step 2
Mix together sauce ingredients in a jar or small bowl, diluting with water to reach a smooth and pourable consistency.
Step 3
Cook chicken on stovetop or in pressure cooker until done. Let cool and then shred into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
To serve: mix together portions of noodles, chicken and sauce and eat cold or warmed up slightly.
