It was good. Although, I changed some things a bit. The seasoning was good, the combination of flavours. But, the proportions are off. That amount of shrimp, wine, milk, etc makes two servings. That amount of orzo makes enough orzo to feed the whole country for a week (jk, it makes around 10 servings)
