i added a pinch of salt and some sugar/honey. really easy, convenient, and a good source of fibre to grab in the morning.

25g rolled oats
¼ tsp cinnamon + nutmeg
1 Tb chia
1 Tb peanut butter
120-135ml semi milk
40-55g fruit (frozen raspberries)
2-3 tsp honey/sugar
pinch salt
