It's basically char the scallions in a dry cast iron skillet then bring everything together in a food processor. Review: Delicious, we had on pasta with grilled salmon and broccoli; almonds substitute well if you don't have pine nuts and vegan parm (violife) worked great. We did the green onions on the grill since we were going to be grilling salmon and broccoli anyway; took just a few minutes to char and another few to assemble. Super tasty, will make again.
