It was really good. Although the rice paper made it slightly fussy. I also used frozen mango chunks, which worked fine, I think next time, if I used them again, I would either let them thaw out in a preheated oven, or let them thaw all the way, or at least most of the way, to room temperature because even though they didn't taste frozen, they still tasted kinda cold. That's the only thing I would do differently, 'cause again, they were good.
