Notes to self --
Pretty much followed to a T except for sifting (I am lazy), and I only did a cup of sugar (half white and half brown). In an 8x8, can easily double the recipe and have thicker brownies. Also, my eggs were sort of between medium and small so I wouldn't worry about size (wth decided egg size anyway).
Suggest doing 3/4s cup sugar next time. But definitely my favorite brownie recipe. Try with walnuts.
