Came out perfectly, the glaze that melted off crisped up on the skin a little which was really tasty although the burnt sugar set off the fire alarm 🫣I thawed some frozen mango which worked just fine for the salsa and the juices can easily replace the honey. Used the other half of the lime and leftover cilantro to season the rice. Sticks to the aluminum foil a bit, might be better to spray the foil with olive oil. Two avocados works well too, no one will complain there's too much salsa.
