Well, I used this recipe as inspiration, but what I made ended up pretty different! I used 1 1/2 bunches of celery, a few tomatoes, 2 green onions, some minced kalamata olives, a red bell pepper, dried dill and fresh cilantro (I didn't have any parsley). The fresh lemon zest and juice are key. Can't taste the mustard but it may be an important underlying flavor element. I still used 1 tsp mustard but had double the shrimp & vegies. It ended up tasting a lot like the crab & pea salad I love at a nearby fancy restaurant.
