Crazy good, but needs some tweaks. Trimming fat from thighs & mincing garlic takes a fair bit of prep time. * Make 1.5 of the sauce * Decrease garlic to 5 or 6 cloves * Decrease red pepper flakes by half * Soften the butter & cook the garlic separately on the stove in a little bit of butter * Use thighs & cook in oven 10 minutes; flip & baste; cook another 12 minutes; check - may need another 5 minutes
