Quite bland. 1/4c lime juice doesn't seem like very much, especially using half of it to marinate the chicken... so I ended using about 1/2c and it still didn't seem like enough :(
Next day edit: I sprinkled some Tajin seasoning on my leftovers and it added the taste it needed!!!
