Wow, what a unique recipe! Really well written and a novel concept. When cooking the sauce, it was like cooking pepper spray and my eyes and throat were affected. Then, when eating, it was so spicy that I had to add sour cream on top and drank three glasses of water - and this is from someone who orders the Hot spiciness at Thai restaurants. In the end, great flavor but reduce the siracha level in the sauce if you can't handle the hottest spices.
