Wowzers this was GREAT. I’ve never added mushrooms to a chili con carne but I just might make this my go-to recipe. I doubled up on the sauce part of the recipe and didn’t bother with the poblano chili part and that made it super easy to make. Highly recommended just watch the amount of chipotle chili powder because it’s pretty potent.
