It's just basic pizza dough. There are many recipes on here for that, but here is one that I use. https://s.samsungfood.com/vTLzJ

Is Naan healthier?

Lynette McWilliams· 2 months ago
Naan generally has somewhat more calories and fat because it's made with yogurt. It may have more protein but not much. The major difference is in the texture. Naan is softer and more flexible than pizza dough. Mostly it's just a matter of personal taste. But flatbread pizzas offer a great variety of consistencies, depending on the flatbread, and I have seen recipes using almost any breadstuff you can name.

I'm trying really hard to find healthier alternatives

Depending on the stores near you, you may be able to find various healthier options. Obviously whole grain options are better and you can find or make pizza dough with whole wheat and probably Multigrain versions. Health food stores probably sell various flatbreads that may work. Lavash is a good option. They often have versions with different grains, but the other advantage is that it's thinner, although sturdy, so you are eating less. I've also seen cauliflower pizza dough in the frozen section of stores.
