Instructions
Step 1
For the dough, try my Ten Minute All-Purpose Dough recipe.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 450℉.
Step 3
Chop the parsley, onion, and tomatoes then place in a medium-sized bowl.
Step 4
Taste the veggie mix and adjust to your liking. It should taste tangy since that sourness will decrease once they are baked.
Step 5
Drain the water from the veggies.
Step 6
Spread the veggies onto your round prepared dough. Bake 450℉ for 11-13 minutes!
Step 7
Broil on high for 1 minute.
