Really pretty good. I have a belgian waffle maker, so this actually makes 2 pretty good sized waffles. I imagine it will make 4 regular waffles in a regular waffle maker. I used Walden Farms pancake syrup to top it and it's the perfect amount of sweet on top of these waffles.
