Pressure cooker adaptation review: I did 12 minutes high pressure on the instant pot with 10 minutes natural release. I used 3 medium-sized chicken breasts and whole small jar (92g) of Lidl chipotle paste.
It was smokey and spicy with a lot of flavor, but I may add more chicken next time to bulk up the mixture.
