Easy peezy key lime squeezey. The easiest pie I've ever made. I opted to bake it at 350F for 15 min to avoid raw eggs, which my ancestor clearly didn't mind at all. A great no bake, or maybe bake dessert. I love that I get to skip making the crust. I love a short cut, and I really love a pie with all shelf stable ingredients (possible with bottled key lime juice).
