Step 1
In a medium bowl beat yolks until thick and light lemon in color. Blend in condensed milk using whisk for everything - no mixer. Gradually add lime juice - the mixture - the mixture will thicken with addition of juice. Pour into pie shell. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Needs to set in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
