Ingredients!
A large baked pie shell cooled, or a graham cracker crust
2 1/4 cups canned Eagle Condensed Milk (2 cans)
3 egg yolks - Whisk only
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons key lime juice

3egg yolks

14 TBspskey lime juice
or 3/4 cup plus 2TBsps
Instructions
Step 1
In a medium bowl beat yolks until thick and light lemon in color. Blend in condensed milk using whisk for everything - no mixer. Gradually add lime juice - the mixture - the mixture will thicken with addition of juice.
Pour into pie shell. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip. Needs to set in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
