I thirded the recipe because it was just for two of us. I was expecting something closer to sweet Yorkshire pudding. I’ve never cooked or seen these I discovered them on a competitive cooking show. I don’t know if I did something wrong or if it was perfect for what it is. Closer to omelet then Yorkshire pudding.
