This went down well! Very tasty and quite rich. Easy to cook and looks amazing on the plate. I added half a white onion when adding the mushrooms which sweetened things up a bit and made the mushrooms pop. Served with cheesey mash potatoes which was delicious but also made the dish quite rich. Will likely pair with mash cauliflower in the future. I also thickened up the sauce a bit. Upon serving I plated the pork chops, put the sauce back on the stove and mixed in a teaspoon of cornflour dissolved in a small amount of milk.
