Garlic Pork Chops in Creamy Mushroom Sauce

The boyfriend and I loved this! We ate ours with rice, and it was great!

This is one of our favorites..super easy and very tasty. I did not add anything extra to this.

Could use something more in the floor profile. Maybe parmesan cheese or up the spices?

Turned out very good! It did take quite a while for the sauce the thicken up (approx 10 minutes) but I would definitely make it again. Served over spaghetti noodles

This went down well! Very tasty and quite rich. Easy to cook and looks amazing on the plate. I added half a white onion when adding the mushrooms which sweetened things up a bit and made the mushrooms pop. Served with cheesey mash potatoes which was delicious but also made the dish quite rich. Will likely pair with mash cauliflower in the future. I also thickened up the sauce a bit. Upon serving I plated the pork chops, put the sauce back on the stove and mixed in a teaspoon of cornflour dissolved in a small amount of milk.

Enjoyed this immensely! We did add a few additional ingredients to the sauce, such as onions, capsicum and bacon. However, we will definitely make again.

We loved it. I added a small amount of flour to thicken the sauce, and served on cheesy mashed potatoes.

Added 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese at the final step to thicken the sauce. It was incredible

I didn't change anything, except omitted salt for my 1 year old. She LOVED this! It was soft enough for her 8 little teeth, and she kept asking for more. That makes this a go-to for me

I changed a lot. I used chicken because that was what I had pulled out. I used cashew cream instead of heavy cream, and I used rosemary and onions in addition. Husband liked it. Child ate the mushrooms. It was good, but I added too much cashew cream. I also used more paprika.

Served with zucchini wedges

I wish we had had thicker pork chops, and we sliced our mushrooms too thin, but otherwise, this was delicious. It's definitely a go-to. We did add extra garlic and added parmesan cheese.

Don't overdo the amount of the chicken stock. You want to make sure the cream sauce will be nicely thickened--not too thin!

Came out really good! The mushroom sauce was delicious! Pork chops make me nervous tho since they’re kind of harder to cook but it came out great!

Definitely needed more liquid- chicken broth. But otherwise very flavorful and very good. I only had canned mushrooms on hand and still was a 10

Amazing, we loved this and will definitely make again. I saw comments about the sauce not being thick enough and it missing something. The thing missing would be salt to season your sauce at the end. If you want it to be thicker, give a couple more minutes for some of the water to evaporate out of the sauce. I served the sauce and a sliced pork chop over maruchan ramen with Sriracha... Delicious

The mushrooms weren’t a big hit in my house. It was ok though. Just not for us.

This was amazing. My whole family loved it and they're pretty simple eaters for the most part. I added extra seasoning to the sauce and I cooked more then 1 cup of mushrooms and I should've cooked more. I added garlic salt on top of all the other seasoning. Will definitely make again

I liked this but thought it was missing something. I wish the sauce was a little thicker.

Super simple and delicious!!! After I browned both sides of the pork I put them in the air fryer (400 for 15 min). This helped keep the pork moist with the crispier outside💖💖💖

The sauce is what makes this meal fantastic. After cooking this, I would recommend eating with a side of rice. The sauce would pair extremely well with rice.

Delicious. Really easy to make just fry up the pork chops and mushrooms. The sauce is really quick too just had your broth and cream season to taste and let simmer till it get thick.

I Used really thick boneless pork chops. They didn't dry out at all. The flavor was there. I would add less cream, maybe 3/4 or a cup. It was too thin. Next time I'll maybe add a few handfuls of spinach

After I seared the Pork, I put them under the grill before transferring them back into the sauce.

Really good. Gonna try pork cutlets next time as the chops were slightly tough.

I did this with pork steaks and definitely recommend if you want more meat per serving! Still quite good!

I used beef instead of pork.

This was delicious! I added parm cheese at the end and it really took it up a knotch!

It was great. I thinkbthe cooking time is a bit off, I cooked it only 2-3 minutes on high heat each side abd then another 2-3 on each side with the sauce. The sauce was creamy, not thin at all, but I used heavy cream and simmered it for a while before adding the pork back in. I added white wine with the mushrooms. We will make again for sure.

Personally pork and mushrooms don't go together. I'd make it with steak next time, such an amazing sauce you just can't not have it with steak, even chicken. Don't see myself ever making it with pork again but that's a personal preference. Added flour as the sauce was way too thin and served with dauphinoise potatoes.

This was really easy to throw together. I always find that pork chops are dry so this help moisten it up. However they are still a little bit tough maybe it's the type of pork chops I'm buying. The heavy whipping cream base is just that, a little heavy on the stomach but filling and hearty. Probably not something I will cook again but something I won't mind eating the leftover stuff tomorrow.

Stuck pretty closely to the recipe. Added a little cayenne and onion powder to the mushrooms to give them extra flavor. My husband enjoyed this! And it was quick.

I added white wine halfway through cooking the pork chops & more wine when the mushrooms were cooking. I added ½ of a minced shallot right before mushrooms. Next time I'll add some corn starch to thicken the sauce. Served over steamed green beans & carrots.
