I used basic, store bought taco seasoning, mainly to save time. Did not add any additional salt. I used petite diced tomatoes and green chiles (because I bought the wrong can) and it still worked well. I used soft taco tortillas because that it what we had on hand, and made 13. Would probably do a little less filling next time, as they did leak a little. Probably could have made 15. Used taco blend, monterey jack, and triple cheddar cheeses that we had one hand that were low. Used olive oil. They came out great! Paired with sides of Spanish rice and refried beans, dipped in sour cream and guacamole. Family loved them. Will definitely make again.
