Pasta needed longer to cook. I added extra chicken broth so the sauce didn’t get too thick and there was enough moisture to cook the pasta. The jar of sun dried tomatoes I had was only 7 ounces and it was plenty. Didn’t measure cheese exactly, used more than called for, maybe 1/2 cup extra in total. Will make again.
