The instructions could be a little more clear but we really enjoyed this! I have a weird dislike of the texture of mushrooms but enjoy their taste so I pulverized mine in the food processor before I added them. I also am tempted to serve the peas as a side dish in the future rather than mix them in so I can enjoy all the other flavours more. This was super tasty! You won't want to pour all of the broth at once, gradually add small amounts of it as you cook (enough to cover the farro and when it simmers down, pour another 1/4 cup or so more on, repeat etc.) We served ours with some baked tilapia.
