This recipe was super easy to make! I used a cast iron skillet, which I think made it better. Also, I used thinly sliced breast filets,
It was soo good! I think it would be great to add some pasta or something, but it was good on its own as well! Add more spinach than you think , eventually, it will shrink and will seem disproportionate to the dish.
I also added tarragon with the oregano just because I love tarragon.
