Really easy to make and tasty. I served them with Jamie Olivers aubergine parmesan and it went down fabulously with my picky hubby. I put them in the fridge for 20 minutes while preparing the rest of the meal so that there was less chance they'd fall apart, and it worked. Will be making both again, though next time I'll add a bit more heat.
