I made muffins instead and they turned out really good. I also used okive oil cuz that was the only oil i had and you can barely taste the olive (it actually gives a small taste that makes it better in my opinion). Just make sure to properly line/ greace your trays cuz it will stick (i had trouble getting my muffins out of their molds). Oven time will depend on the size of your molds (i made mini muffins which took 10 minutes in the oven, whereas my normal sized muffins took 20 minutes (i could even have gone to 25 but im not very familiar with baking and i was scared id burn them haha!)
