Delicious recipe!! Made for a friend and didn't know how the eggs and olives would be inside - but wow were they good. Added a lovely saltiness and buttery texture as you bite in!! Did a few moderation with the dough and made it a bit softer with extra butter and lard, but turned out beautiful. Can't fold them to save my life, but they were delicious and got the stamp of approval!
Note: I cut dough into 12 pieces, but was informed the size of empanadas they made were quite big. Maybe try for 16 pieces next time!
