Put about a tbsp of coconut sugar in with the erythritol, used evaporated coconut milk as all milks in this recipe. Subbed maple syrup for molasses. For glaze, tbsp peanut butter, tbsp tahini, 1/2 tbsp icing sugar, 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar, amount of erythritol in recipe (all ground in spice grinder into a powder), chopped sunflower seeds :)
