Omitted sugar for Slow Carb Diet/ 4HB.
Delicious. Made for 2 with just 2 salmon fillets but kept the same amount of sauce. Served with cauliflower rice and it made for a very light, very tasty, very easy to digest meal. Was worried it wouldn't be enough but it was. Perfect start to a weekend of heavy eating.
I have since tried this with salmon that I purchased fresh and immediately froze. The flavour was just not the same. Highly recommend fresh wild salmon only
