These meatballs turned out beautifully! I wish I could post the spaghetti dish I made with homemade marinara! I added some store bought spaghetti sauce (Rao’s is the best!) and the dinner was so amazing! I made 24 of them. If you do not wish to pan sear meatballs, do it in the oven on pans with a rack so the meatball doesn’t sit in its own fat! They turn out great! Read the reviews of this recipe online - you will want to wait to add the milk after the meatballs have solidified better in the refrigerator before baking the meatball placement on the rack, and you will want to cook it longer than 12 minutes. I cooked these for about 25 minutes and placed some into my simmering sauce for another 10-12 minutes for a yummy meatball!
