I used creme fraiche instead of cream which left specks in the soup but the taste was still amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed it. I took a shortcut by chucking pre-peeled garlic cloves and sliced onion bundled up in foil alongside the tomatoes. I also used a mix of tomatoes. Rich flavour and I'll definitely be making this again!
