I cut this down to just 2 servings and had to alter slightly to make due with ingredients I already had on hand... I used Yofiit chickpea milk instead of almond milk and it gave it a slightly sweet taste. I used lactose free mozzarella as my cheese and 2 tsp of sriracha infused sea salt in place of regular salt and chili powder. I used Chickapea chickpea shell noodles. Topped it all off with fresh parmesan and cracked black pepper. Very easy to put together quickly and tasty!
